Refund policy
We regret to inform you that our items have no change or return.
We don't refund money.
If something broken arrives by USPS you must claim along with evidence (video) while you open your package and it will be replaced by another one like it (if available) if not so you can choose another of your choice of the same price.
For claims you must do so in or within 5 days after receiving the package.
To initiate a return of damaged items, you can contact us at Shopfastflow@gmail.com. Please note that returns of damaged items must be sent to the following address: [117 langham Dr Aledo Tx 76008]If the return of damaged items is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please make a Video when you are going to open your package as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
